Red Flag ERPO – State Senate Legislative Hearing!

HB19-1177 “Red Flag” Emergency Risk Protection Orders (ERPO) was introduced on Feb 14th, it passed the Colorado State House on March 4th by at 35-28 vote, and has now been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Committee on Friday, March 15th.
State Senate Democrats only hold a TWO SEAT majority. We need all hands on deck rights now!

The hearing is as follows:
When: Friday, March 15th
Time: Upon adjournment of senate floor work
Please arrive by 9am. The senate does not have much floor work on Fridays.
Where: Colorado State Capitol
Room SCR 357
Please plan to attend this hearing! It is open to the public to watch and/or testify. If you want to testify, it’s easy! Come prepared with a 1-3 minute write-up of what you want to say.
This hearing will go all day and likely into the night. You do not need to stay the whole time, and you can also arrive late if needed. Bring snacks and battery back up for phones. We will be live streaming it to our Rally For Our Rights Facebook page.
DO NOT wear any clothing or pins with a political message. (These are their rules, not ours). No firearms, no weapons of any kind. You will need to go through metal detectors and security.
